The University of Buckingham is seeking an IT Technician to join a small, close-working IT team in a hands-on second-line support role. You will support Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra , diagnose incidents, and take ownership through resolution or escalation.
You will also help maintain the AV setup and classroom tech across teaching and meeting spaces. We value proactive, curious team players who communicate clearly with students and staff and are keen to learn.
