Role OverviewCommercially aware, shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe, energised work environment. They hold high standards, drive results, and are accountable for business performance. The role is varied and busy, often the only paid staff member, working in a volunteer‑led environment and supporting volunteers who run the shop in the manager’s absence. Excellent communication, creativity and a focus on attracting supporters are essential.
