• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
• Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including documentation and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.

• Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
