Buckingham Rugby Club is a dedicated and passionate grassroots rugby organization. The club supports senior men’s and ladies’ teams as well as a thriving youth development program that serves boys and girls from U6 to U18. Committed to fostering rugby talent, the club prides itself on community involvement and player development at all levels. Buckingham Rugby Club is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all who share a love for the sport.

Working with the Head Coach, we are also looking for Backs, Forwards, Attack, Defence coaches and a transition coach looking to enhance support for our u18 program through to our 2nd XV and heading towards our 1st XV.

• Strong technical and tactical expertise in rugby, including game analysis, strategy development, and player skill improvement
• Proven coaching experience, ideally at a senior or competitive level; recognized rugby coaching certifications are desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to foster team spirit, motivate players, and maintain professionalism
• Organizational skills, including the ability to plan structured training sessions and manage team-related logistics
• Commitment to supporting grassroots rugby development and engaging with a diverse community of players
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and adapt to both in-person and virtual collaboration
• A passion for rugby and an understanding of the principles of inclusivity and development in sports
