Forklift Operator

Join a reputable timber company in Buckingham, producing high-quality pallets, as a skilled FLT driver. In this role, you will ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials within the warehouse.

As an experienced FLT driver, you will operate a counterbalance forklift to transport timber and pallets, load and unload trucks, and maintain an organized workspace.

Safety and attention to detail are essential in all your tasks.

The successful FLT driver will also collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate as an FLT driver to move materials efficiently

Load and unload timber and pallets from trucks and storage areas

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Support the team in day-to-day warehouse operations

Requirements:

Valid counterbalance forklift license

Previous experience as an FLT driver, ideally in warehouse or timber environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary & Benefits:

£13.76ph (£13.26 per hour plus £0.50 attendance bonus)
