We’re currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our OP/HH Therapy Department at our Bucyrus location.
Position OverviewCoordinates and performs a variety of administrative, OP/HH Therapy secretarial and/or office operational support duties. Provides support for any position within Health Services as directed by the OP/HH Therapy Services Office Staff Supervisor. Responsible for prescreening insurance entry to determine eligibility and network status and resolving routine billing conflicts prior to patient arrivals.
QualificationsRequired:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
Preferred:
- Six months to one year of experience in a medical office environment as a medical assistant/receptionist in a Physician Office, or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with an EMR system.
