Molina Healthcare seeks a Community Health Worker to support community-based member advocacy and navigation of health plan benefits. You will meet members where they live or gather, assist with appointments, transportation, and social services, and help sustain Medicaid eligibility. Expect substantial local travel (50-80%).
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in health care and may hold CHW certification; a valid driver’s license and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.
