Customer Experience Associate

Rac Fit is an exciting new tennis, pickleball, fitness, and social community center opening in Buda, Texas, in July 2025. Our mission is to create a vibrant, inclusive, and health-focused community for members of all ages. We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a smooth and positive experience upon arrival.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with check-ins, answering general inquiries, and promoting a friendly environment that encourages wellness and community engagement.

Location: Rac Fit – Buda, Texas
Reports To: Ownership Team
Position Type: Part-Time

• Greet all members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude as they enter the health club.
• Assist with member check-ins and provide accurate information regarding membership policies, amenities, and available services.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding club hours, classes, and special events.
• Monitor member access, ensuring safety and compliance with health club policies.
• Promote upcoming health club events, promotions, and programs to enhance member engagement.
• Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Assist with new member orientations and tours of the facility.
• Report any member concerns or facility issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere throughout the health club.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
• Assist with inventory control
• Folding and stocking towels throughout facility
• Complete daily task list and or closing checklist

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with membership management systems is a plus).
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is preferred.
• Scheduling flexibility including willingness to work primarily weekends and occasional holidays
• Ability to string racquets is a plus

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to move around the facility and assist members as needed.
• Light lifting of promotional materials or equipment may be required.
