Ladybird Montessori School is growing! We are looking for an experienced Primary Lead Guide for a Children's House classroom. We are located on 14.5 acres and serve children from birth-8th grade. We also have a working farm that has an alpaca, goats, and chickens! We have a very close knit and supportive community at Ladybird and a staff that is like extended family.

We are looking for a Guide who is passionate about Montessori education and the outdoors, as farming and gardening are a part of the curriculum  offer a highly competitive compensation package that includes numerous paid days off, health benefits, and employee child tuition discounts. Ladybird Montessori has 4 Children's House classrooms and a very strong Children's House team that is wonderful to work with.

Compensation depends on training and the years of experience in the classroom.

Requirements:

Montessori MACTE approved AMS or AMI 3-6, and at least one full year as the Lead Guide in a Montessori Primary classroom OR are currently in or enrolling in a MACTE Montessori Training Credential Program. Guides in training start at $45,000 (and Ladybird will help pay for the training) and fully certified guides are compensated between $50,000-$57,500 depending on experience. The position also includes numerous paid holidays, healthcare, dental, a yoga membership, and other benefits.

Bachelors Degree is preferred, but experience can substitute for bachelors degree as long as the Lead Guide is holding her/his MACTE approved Montessori Primary Certification or is currently in a training.
