Pay: $43,000 - $75,000 Annually

We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about supporting children as they build independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines—while enjoying flexibility and a truly supportive team culture.
What You’ll Do:- Provide occupational therapy services to children under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized, play-based treatment plans addressing sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
- Support children during therapy sessions using engaging, functional, and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
- Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Texas OTA license (or eligibility).
- NBCOT COTA certification (or eligibility).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A heart for helping kids and families reach meaningful goals.
