Skilled Laborer

Location: Buda, TX

Pay: $18.00/hour + Overtime Available

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday (5:00 AM or 6:00 AM start), 8-10 hour shifts. Regular Saturday half-days may be required.

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

• WExperience in construction, manufacturing, production, or general labor environments.

• Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Ability to prepare rebar, build/assemble aluminum concrete forms, and follow blueprints and measurements .

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment .

• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and safety-focused , including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean work area.

• Concrete/precast, rebar, fabrication, form-building, or forklift experience is preferred and offers an advantage.

• Indoor/outdoor manufacturing environment with a construction-site atmosphere and physically active work including standing, lifting, bending, and material handling.

• Safety-focused workplace with hard hat, safety glasses, vest, and met guards provided. Employees must have their own steel-toe boots .

• Consistent day-shift schedule with approximately 10 hours of overtime available per week .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Buda,TX.
