The On-Call LVN at Suncrest Hospice will be responsible for providing care and services for a group of hospice patients, visiting them where they reside, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. This after-hours on-call role operates seven days/nights on and seven nights/days off.
Qualifications include a current LVN license in good standing with one year of experience, on-call experience preferred, and strong teamwork.
