Strategic Sales Manager – Greenrise Technologies
Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with General Contractors (GC) as it relates to our stormwater suite of products and services.

We operate throughout Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, and Eastern Georgia.
Duties & Functions- Identify trendsetting ideas and position Greenrise to profit by looking beyond the products and toward solutions.
- Identify potential projects by building relationships with civil engineers, contractors, developers, etc.; discover and explore opportunities.
- Present ideas to small and large audiences; persuade and influence client decision‑making through value‑based sales.
- Close new business deals by developing and negotiating contracts; integrate contract requirements with business and field operations.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by fully understanding the market and Greenrise’s competitive advantages; estimate partners’ and clients’ needs and goals.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping confidential information.
- Facilitate interdepartmental synergies by working with the Stormwater Quality Maintenance department, feeding them new leads and opportunities as well as the Document Services Department, managing the Stormwater Quality Management Plan book of business.
- Work closely with accounting and operations to ensure profitability at all levels and adjust where needed, tracking billing, profitability, accounts receivable, field operations, etc.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; effectively communicating through social media outlets.
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
