Del's Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Duties include conducting inspections, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, replacing parts, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, including knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship are also required. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are preferred. Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

This is what we are looking for:

• Provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Reliable and able to work on a rotating call schedule

• Advanced customer service skills

• Valid DL

• Must be insurable

• Drug Free

• Complete set of tools for the trade

• Must be able to past a drug and background check

• Associates degree or HVAC certificate and / or NATE certification welcomed

• Bi-lingual a plus

• 4 years of experience or more preferred.

Education:

- High School or equivalent

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
