The Sports Manager is responsible for the planning, administration, and delivery of all sports programmes across the club (excluding rugby). This role ensures high organisational standards, effective communication, and quality experiences for players, coaches, parents, and visiting teams. The Sports Manager supports the Director of Sport in driving participation, maintaining operational excellence, and aligning all sports activities with club standards and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting the DOS in driving participation across all sports (excluding rugby) and ensuring all members are properly registered.
  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and delivery of all Junior and Senior sports programmes (excluding rugby), including timetables, pitch/court allocations, and coordination of non-rugby sections.
  • Managing sports operations, including equipment, kit procurement, supplier relationships, budgets, and maintenance oversight.
  • Leading the organisation of tournaments, sportscsr events, away trips, and end‑of‑season awards, ensuring high‑quality experiences for players, parents, and visiting teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records for registrations, attendance and safeguarding in collaboration with other staff.
  • Co песiagnostics the CPD opportunities for coaches and referees, and managing partnerships with external sports providers.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Sport Management,واطن Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or an equivalent related qualification.
  • Experience in sports management, club operations, coaching coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Ability to plan and deliver high‑quality sporting experiences and events.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of maintaining strong operational and safeguarding standards.
