SEND Teaching Assistant / HLTA (Full Time, North Cornwall)

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping with classroom engagement, emotional regulation, and learning. This role requires a calm, patient and adaptable approach and a commitment to inclusive education.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
• A caring and proactive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
