What you'll do
• Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
• Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
• Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
• Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers

• Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
• Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support

• Temporary (12 months contract), full time (37.5 hpw)
• You'll work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. You may occasionally need to work hours outside these times but this would be discussed and agreed in advance.
• You will be based at our Bude service five days a week, taking the lead on service delivery and day-to-day operations. You will work alongside another Support Coordinator three days a week, with colleagues from Housing Management and Service Management also based at the service throughout the week.
• From time to time, you may be required to work at our sister service in Launceston, although this will typically be planned and communicated in advance.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
