Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

Base pay range

$29.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all accounting processes.

• Review and validate financial transactions and records for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and GAAP.
• Analyze and verify financial reports before distribution.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues as needed.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of accounting systems, reports, and procedures.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
• Complete monthly account reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and related reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entry posting is required.
• Month end closing experience including financial statement preparation and analysis required.
• Familiarity with ERP software is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
