Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated National Sales Associate to support our B2B sales efforts and build relationships with national retailers, including beauty stores and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional sales expertise, a comprehensive understanding of the beauty industry, and a strong passion for Korean beauty products.

Responsibilities
  • Order & Inventory Excellence
    • Order Management:
      Oversee the end‑to‑end order process, ensuring a smooth and timely flow of all incoming orders.
    • Documentation Mastery:
      Create and manage key documents (Sales Orders, Proforma Invoices, invoices) within our CMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SPS standards.
    • Stock Optimization:
      Manage inventory across 10+ warehouses and 25+ containers, ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently.
    • Shortage Solutions:
      Proactively identify and address inventory shortages in collaboration with the purchasing team to maintain seamless product availability.
    • Item & Compliance Monitoring:
      Keep track of product renewals, discontinuations, and ensure compliance with MoCRA/OTC updates to keep everything up‑to‑date.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Brand Liaison:
      Be the go‑to point of contact for partner brands, handling inquiries and ensuring consistency in pricing and MAP policies.
    • Marketing Synergy:
      Collaborate with HQ and partner brands to create compelling marketing campaigns and exclusive offers.
    • Team Coordination:
      Lead regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes.
    • Problem Solver:
      Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to keep the order process flowing seamlessly across departments.
  • Logistics & Shipment Management
    • Shipment Oversight:
      Stay on top of all shipping and delivery issues (e.g., trucking, UPS, DHL), ensuring that orders are rerouted or adjusted as necessary to meet delivery schedules.
    • Issue Resolution:
      Quickly solve problems related to split deliveries or trucking delays to ensure minimal disruption to customer satisfaction.
    • Sample Management:
      Efficiently track and manage the shipment of product samples for new and renewed items, ensuring timely delivery for our customers.
  • Product Data & Recaps
    • Data Precision:
      Maintain comprehensive and accurate product recaps, ensuring all necessary documents (SDS, COO, HS codes, MoCRA) are up-to-date.
    • Gap Closure:
      Identify product exclusions, shipment forecasts, and assortment gaps, then take the lead in closing those gaps to ensure a complete offering.
    • Price Integrity:
      Monitor MSRP consistency, swiftly addressing any discrepancies to maintain pricing accuracy across platforms.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Excellence
    • Regulatory Oversight:
      Keep track of MAP violations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (Prop 65, MoCRA, etc.), escalating issues where necessary.
    • Documentation:
      Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation to ensure full compliance with U.S. distribution laws and industry guidelines.
  • POs, Pricing & Inventory Accuracy
    • PO Processing:
      Oversee the processing and review of purchase orders (SO, PI, invoices) to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
    • Discrepancy Management:
      Quickly resolve any discrepancies like missing invoices or short deliveries, ensuring accuracy and smooth order fulfillment.
    • MOQ Strategy:
      Communicate changes to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and propose creative solutions for storage and fulfillment optimization.
  • Strategic Team Collaboration
    • HQ Partnership:
      Collaborate closely with headquarters on price negotiations, product adjustments, and strategy shifts based on market demands.
    • Cross-Team Alignment:
      Align internal teams around brand and retailer goals, ensuring smooth execution of company‑wide initiatives.
    • Logistics Leadership:
      Partner with logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment and ensure timely deliveries, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
