Vehicle Lot Attendant

The Vehicle Lot Attendant will be responsible for all operations related to their assigned lot. This includes following and maintaining standards and best practices regarding vehicle movement within the lot as well as entering and exiting the lot. Ensuring that vehicles are stored in an orderly and organized fashion and that required administration and record keeping is properly maintained.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm PST

• Perform initial operational processing of vehicles being entered to the auction sale by confirming vehicle VIN, make, model, etc.
• Data entry of vehicle identification information
• Ensure that all proper vehicle identification information is affixed to vehicles
• Direct vehicle transporters to the appropriate car drop zone
• Report any vehicle transport damage
• Follow all job-related safety and health procedures

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least one year of relevant experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Typing/data entry, internet, and Microsoft Office skills
• Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and be dependable

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Some indoor work related to general administrative duties
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to work outside and be on foot for extended periods of time. Ability to walk medium to long distances during the work day.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $17.00 - $20.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
