Job SummaryIPBY is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the K-beauty and K-pop space. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including Tik Tok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify
.
This role is hands‑on and operational, focused on product uploads, listing optimization, inventory accuracy, troubleshooting, and daily platform management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment and has strong experience with e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations across Tik Tok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify
- Upload products and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Maintain accurate inventory and resolve syncing or platform issues
- Monitor orders, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams on promotions and product launches
- Apply basic SEO best practices to product listings
- Review performance metrics and assist with optimization efforts
- Stay current on e-commerce platform updates and best practices
- Proven experience managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and/or Tik Tok Shop
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable troubleshooting independently
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory management and product data accuracy
- Experience in a startup or fast‑paced environment preferred
- Experience with paid ads (Tik Tok, Meta, Google)
- SEO or analytics experience
- Background in beauty, fashion, or K-pop brands

Up to $22.00 per hour
