* ● Operate flexographic converting equipment, including performing set-ups, adjustments, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.  
● Adhere to safety requirements, including LOTO, PPE usage, and established safety protocols.  
● Maintain high levels of attendance, performance, and productivity in a fast-paced, high output environment.  
● Accurately follow work instructions, production tickets, and print cards.  
● Record production and quality data using Kiwiplan FFF and other designated applications.  
● Monitor and maintain production and quality standards while troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.  
● Collaborate effectively within a team environment, while providing guidance and delegation to crew members as needed.  
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
