- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel on the corrugator machine.
- Ensure all safety protocols are meticulously followed to create a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
- Schedule and assign tasks to operators, ensuring optimal staffing and resource utilization.
- Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product standards.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to operators, especially on critical machine positions.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
- Monitor production data, analyze trends, and report on key performance indicators.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally in corrugation.
- Demonstrable expertise in operating or overseeing complex machinery, specifically corrugators.
- Proven ability to foster a positive team environment and effectively resolve workplace issues.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and understand production schedules and quality specifications.
