• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel on the corrugator machine.
• Ensure all safety protocols are meticulously followed to create a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.
• Schedule and assign tasks to operators, ensuring optimal staffing and resource utilization.
• Perform quality checks and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product standards.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to operators, especially on critical machine positions.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
• Monitor production data, analyze trends, and report on key performance indicators.

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally in corrugation.
• Demonstrable expertise in operating or overseeing complex machinery, specifically corrugators.
• Proven ability to foster a positive team environment and effectively resolve workplace issues.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and understand production schedules and quality specifications.
