Location: Irvine, CA
Pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Temporary, 3–6 months
Overtime: Possible

About the Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembler/Solderer to help build and assemble electronic components and circuit boards. The ideal candidate has experience with soldering, electronic components, and small-part assembly. You must be able to work carefully, follow instructions, and meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Identify and work with through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components.
• Use soldering tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and technical documents.
• Inspect work to make sure parts are assembled correctly.
• Follow applicable IPC and J-STD-001 quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with the team to meet production goals and quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Previous electronic assembly and soldering experience preferred.
• J-STD-001 soldering certification preferred.
• Must pass a visual acuity exam.
• Ability to identify electronic components, including through-hole and SMT.
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and PCB assembly.
• Familiarity with manual or automated soldering tools and microscopes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work with minimal supervision.
