We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and bilingual (English/Mandarin Chinese) Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & PR team. This role supports brand marketing, social media, PR, and content production across U.S. and Chinese digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong Mandarin copywriting skills, understands Chinese social ecosystems, and is comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.

• Write marketing copy in Mandarin Chinese across multiple platforms.
• Develop content for Red Note, WeChat, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish content tailored for Chinese social media audiences.
• Produce copywriting + layout design for WeChat articles, promotions, and announcements.
• Serve as liaison with third‑party agencies and partners supplying Red Note content.
• Assist with website banner copy and asset creation.
• Support merchandising content and product storytelling.
• Assist with managing and scheduling weekly/monthly content calendars across Red Note, Tik Tok, IG, FB, and WeChat.
• Monitor, respond, and provide online social media customer service.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on performance metrics, trends, and insights.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships on Instagram and Red Note.
• Manage PR Box program and local press outreach.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Work closely with sponsors and partners to execute joint marketing projects.
• Assist with on‑site marketing events, activations, and store activities.
• Participate in merchandising, product launches, and key seasonal campaigns.
• Must be comfortable appearing in front of the camera for Tik Tok, IG Reels, and other content formats.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or copywriting—preferably within the retail, food, or CPG industries.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal); experience with multicultural or multilingual marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms, including WeChat, Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), and related digital ecosystems.
• Experience with AI‑powered marketing tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM platforms, content management systems, and other marketing tools is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic design and layout skills for WeChat posts, promotional materials, and other digital content.
• Ability to analyze performance data, generate actionable insights, and compile reports.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with vendors, influencers, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a passion for serving multicultural communities.
• Willingness to participate in video content and appear on camera.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
