A Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, operating and maintaining the dishwasher, and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing kitchen equipment. This may include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, wiping, emptying trash cans, and other assigned tasks.

• Ensures dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and equipment are washed and rotated.
• Adheres to all proper chemical and safety procedures.
• Maintains dish washing machine including regularly cleaning and setting up cleaning chemicals.
• Cleans walk‑in coolers/freezers.
• Sweeps & mops floors.
• Cleans walls.
• Cleans kitchen equipment.
• Empties trash cans.
• Removes all debris in accordance to company regulation.
• Maintains bussing stations.
• Adheres to proper chemical usage and safety applications.

• Ability to meet all scheduling and availability requirements.
• Ability to understand English at an adequate level to receive and perform basic job assignments and instructions.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
• Preferred availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
