Office Manager / Front Office Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking an Office Manager / Front Office Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and fostering a positive, employee-focused culture. This individual will serve as the face of the office, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming phone calls
• Manage and route incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service
• Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office needs
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including processing checks and preparing lockbox deposits
• Assist with executive and administrative support as needed
• Coordinate company lunches, employee appreciation events, holiday parties, and team gatherings
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
• Maintain organization of office common areas and ensure a professional office environment
• Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks as business needs evolve
• Act as a key resource for employees and help support daily office operations
