Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in partnership with business leaders and employees to ensure a complete understanding of business needs, objectives, and workforce priorities. This role serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resources–related issues and collaborates with other HR functions to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as :
    Succession Planning
    , Talent Management
    , Labor Relations
    , Employment and Employee Relations
    , Compensation and Benefits
    , Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and
    Training and Development
    .
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract, reward, and motivate the workforce.
  • Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Interpret and apply survey and market data, employee data, labor agreements, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
  • Support labor forecasting, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in HR or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR).
