* What You’ll Do:

**
* ** Manage complex, high-impact sourcing events
** for IT infrastructure categories, including:  + Data Center & Network Services  + Servers, Laptops & PCs  + Telephony & Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)
* ** Develop category strategies and pipelines
** in collaboration with senior leadership.
* ** Negotiate and manage supplier relationships
** to deliver cost savings and value.
* ** Analyze market trends and vendor proposals
** to inform award decisions.
* ** Present strategic recommendations
** to procurement and business leaders.
* ** Mentor and guide sourcing analysts
** to ensure successful execution of RFx events.### ###

*** You’ll manage sourcing within a **$4B annual indirect spend portfolio**, supporting critical business units like Retail, PBM, Insurance, and Specialty/Clinical.

* You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and gain exposure to enterprise-level decision-making.### ###
** Required Qualifications
*** 3–5 years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields.
* 15% travel
* In office 2X a week in either Hartford-CT, Cumberland-RI, or Buffalo Grove-IL
* 5+ years working experience### ###
** Preferred Qualifications
*** MBA or advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Vendor management and consolidation experience.
* Intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
* Strong
** negotiation skills**, analytical ability, and strategic thinking.
* Excellent
** communication and stakeholder management
** skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
* Experience with
** e-sourcing platforms** (Ariba preferred) is a plus.### This hybrid does not support sponsorship.

** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
