Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

• Starting Pay: $18.50/hr
• $19.50/hr upon permanent hire

Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

• Starting Pay: $19.50/hr
• $20.45/hr upon permanent hire

• AM candidates train Monday-Thursday on day shift.
• PM candidates train Monday-Thursday on night shift.
• Employees begin the rotating schedule during Week 2.
• Direct, hands-on training provided from day one.

• Operate molding, assembly, and packaging equipment.
• Package and label products according to customer specifications.
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects.
• Report quality concerns to production leadership.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Follow cleanroom procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements.
• Work safely while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Must Have:

• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear GMP attire.
• Ability to stand and remain active for the full 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working a rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Nice To Have, But Not Required:

• Machine operating experience.
• Assembly experience.
• Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.

• No previous machine operating experience required.
• Paid training provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.45/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
