Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Position

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. As a CNA on our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and experienced staff to provide exceptional care and support to our discerning guests.

• Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Assist with vital Signs and basic care needs, including ambulation and transfer assistance

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our guests and their families

• Participate in mandatory in-service training and educational programs to stay current with industry standards
