Overview
Lead and drive quality excellence by collaborating with various functional leads to ensure quality capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and standards. Provide technical leadership to site operations by establishing the technology roadmap and working closely with corporate and regional technical teams for quality development and improvements.
Responsibilities- Lead and drive quality excellence by collaborating with various functional leads to ensure quality capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and standards.
- Guide engineers in responding effectively to customer feedback or Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and follow up with quality metrics set in the quality plan.
- Lead operational product and process quality improvements using function-appropriate tools such as CAPAs or audits.
- Demonstrate core values and hold the team accountable, focusing on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employee development and coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
