• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.

• 3-6 years of material handling, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment
• Familiarity with computerized inventory and recordkeeping systems
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare, package, label, and process materials for shipment
• Complete shipping documentation, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and safe handling
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
• Transport materials, equipment, supplies, and inventory throughout the facility
• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections and follow all safety regulations
• Utilize inventory management and computerized tracking systems
• Assist with stock replenishment, material organization, and inventory control
• Train and support team members as needed

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
