Position SummaryReporting to the Shelter Operations Supervisor, the Adoption Services Representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing information, resources, and services information.
Responsibilities- Help match pets with people
- Provide medical and behavior history
- Process Adoptions
- Answer phones and reply to emails
- Provide service and resource information for the public
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Work well with a team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
REQUIRED
SHIFTS:
Thursday 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM and Saturday 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Starting $15.00 per hour
