The Overnight Caregiver will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities during the overnight shift, providing personal hygiene assistance and helping with behavioral challenges.

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Develop meaningful relationships with participants.
• Take initiative to help participants enjoy community activities.
• Support participants in developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Six months of human services, direct care, or care coordination experience.
• Skills:
  
  Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management.
• Behaviors:
  Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
