Work in a clean, climate‑controlled environment where your contributions make a difference every day. In this role, you’ll tend or operate one or more production machines (manual, semi‑automatic, or automatic) and perform a variety of hand or machine operations on molded plastic parts, inserts, and purchased components. This may include light assembly work. You’ll help ensure our high quality standards are met by following clearly defined processes and procedures.

This is a full‑time permanent role with a working schedule of 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Thursday.

• Tend or operate one or more plastic molding machines running manual, semi‑automatic, or automatic cycle. When tending automatic cycle machines, multiple machine coverage will be required if time permits. As required remove and grind runners and sprues.
• Visually inspect and sort all parts to a predetermined quality level for flaws. Perform operator inspections per Work Instruction. Provide production parts to quality personnel for inspection purposes.
• Assemble and/or finish parts by hand or using various equipment.
• Move containers with finished goods to staging/receiving area.
• Maintain work area in an orderly manner and to be free from unnecessary material. May empty trash.
• Report all machine, equipment, production or processing problems to the supervisor or qualified personnel.
• Actively assist in training others as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working towards or have received a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to see different colors

• Experience in production and/or the manufacturing industry
