Nurse; RN or LPN Lake Ridge On-Call

Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – On‑Call – Lake Ridge Care Center, Buffalo, MN

Position Type: On‑Call

Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313

Wage Range:

• RN: $34.23 – $40.75 / hour (experience based)
• LPN: $28.41 – $36.29 / hour (experience based)

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinated, oversees and provides resident‑related care.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders; monitors effectiveness.
• Manages medications, supplies and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing per policy.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, physicians and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition and follows up as needed.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

• In good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and holds a current MN Nursing license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑starter desiring to work as part of a team.
