As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Park View Care Center, you’ll provide hands‑on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, and support individualized care plans alongside a skilled clinical team.

Position Type: Full‑Time or Part‑Time

Shifts:

• Part‑Time Day: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Part‑Time or Full‑Time Evening: 2:45 pm – 11:25 pm

Wage Range: $28.04 to $37.06 / hour (depending on experience)

Shift Differential: $2.00 / hour for evenings; $6.00 / hour for nights

• Bonus: $7,500 (Full‑Time), $5,000 (Part‑Time)

Location: 200 Park Ln, Buffalo, MN 55313

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow‑up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required

• Current MN LPN License
• CPR / BLS certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self‑starter with a desire to be part of a team
