Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes; associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product and what’s on the floor; contribute to omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
