• Provide a welcoming guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs as you complete daily tasks.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Perform processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Understand how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Execute other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds; climb ladders as required; move merchandise safely.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions based on role requirements.
