Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll put your technical skills to work by performing a variety of equipment and building maintenance tasks – ranging from routine upkeep to more complex troubleshooting and repairs.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Maintain and repair injection molding equipment and other critical manufacturing systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
- Use your expertise to solve technical challenges and keep production moving.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their technical craftsmanship, and wants to make a visible impact on the success of the team and the company.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair (including electrical and mechanical issues) injection molding machinery and other manufacturing equipment, which may require dismantling and thoroughly cleaning a machine, repairing/replacing defective parts, and testing equipment to ensure it is running properly.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance and inspection checks on equipment and tools. Conduct proactive repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Assist in the installation of all new machinery and removal of old machinery according to manufacturer specifications and management requirements.
- Perform building maintenance to include, but not limited to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical issues, furniture installation, light bulb replacement, roofing issues, etc.
- Repair, replace, or be the point of contact for third parties assisting with repairing/replacing building equipment such as air conditioners, heaters, etc.
- Safely operate forklifts and other machinery to transport material, machines, equipment, etc.
- Follow proper lockout/tagout procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of unnecessary materials.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the maintenance and operations team.
- Experience working with hydraulics (valves, hoses, etc.), injection molding machinery, and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of water systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and crawl on and around machinery.
