Our client is seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable professional to support their finance department during a busy project period. This role is a full-time temporary assignment (approximately six months) within a corporate accounting environment.

• Handle high-volume invoice processing across multiple properties, following established internal controls.
• Verify accuracy of invoice images, supporting documentation, and coding.
• Enter invoices into the company’s ERP system using a standard 3‑way match process.
• Apply correct payment terms and review entries to prevent duplicates.
• Prepare and issue vendor payments in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assist with month‑end activities and contribute to mid‑year and year‑end tasks, including 1099 support.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on Accounts Payable experience.
• Background in real estate or property management accounting is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency with Office 365 and familiarity with accounting/ERP platforms.
• Experience with Rent Manager is an advantage, though not required.
