Support the accounts payable and receivable functions by preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial data. Utilize strong Excel and Quick Books skills to ensure accuracy and timely completion of billing and payments.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional work environment.
• Experience in a central business/billing operation is a plus.
• High level of confidentiality required.
• High energy and excellent multi‑tasking skills.
• Self‑directed work ethic with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; proficiency in Quick Books is a plus.
• Excellent communication, data entry, and problem‑solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a high‑standard, occasionally stressful environment.
• Assist supervisor and team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects for the department.
• Track departmental issues and assist with remediation efforts.

Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Entry level. Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $68,000.00 annually. Locations:
Buffalo, NY;
West Seneca, NY;
Cheektowaga, NY.
