Highlights- Analyze and optimize accounts payable processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Support data-driven invoice processing and workflow automation.
- Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Provide support to vendors and campus partners regarding accounts payable.
- Manage accounts payable processing and exception resolution.
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office products.
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years technical or administrative experience or equivalent combination.
- Preferred experience includes 3+ years in accounts payable and familiarity with ERP systems like People Soft, Workday, Banner, or Oracle.
- Salary range: $52,000 - $55,000 annually.
- Requires passing a background check prior to appointment.
