Part-Time Payroll Support

AP Executive Staffing is partnering with a local organization to identify a Part-Time Payroll Clerk who is able to work 3 full days/week to support payroll operations over a 10-12 week period.

This role follows a bi-weekly rotating schedule aligned with payroll cycles:

  7.5 hours/day (~22.5 hours/week)

Primary duties will include:

• Provide clerical support to weekly/bi-weekly payroll cycles
• Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with payroll data entry and adjustments
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation
• Support compliance with payroll policies and procedures
• Partner with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies

Skill/experience requirements include:

• High School Diploma + 1 year of bookkeeping/payroll support experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
