Manager of Administration - Search Closed Enabling our team to work effectively and collaboratively May 27, 2025

This critical role will oversee office operations, provide executive support to the President, and serve as a key liaison to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and project management skills, eager to contribute to the Foundation’s mission of advancing racial equity and building financial prosperity in Buffalo Niagara, starting with a focus on Buffalo’s East Side.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises administrative assistant and oversees administrative functions of Foundation including managing meetings, events, travel, expense reports, etc.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the Foundation’s office.
  • Provide high-level support to the President, including managing schedules and preparing materials and supporting follow up.
  • Serve as an important liaison to the board of directors providing a high level of customer support and is the primary coordinator for board meetings, materials, and logistics.

  • Experience in high level customer service or supporting senior leaders or Boards.
  • Highly adaptable.

Salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

This position is based in Buffalo, NY. The successful candidate is expected to work primarily from the Foundation’s office, with flex-time availability based on the requirements of the specific work performed.
