CTG is seeking a detail-oriented, independent Document Custodian Vault Analyst to manage, organize, and safeguard sensitive documents. Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail are essential.

• Manage intake, storage, and retrieval of confidential documents
• Maintain accurate logs and records in Excel
• Verify document completeness and proper filing
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and document integrity
• Assist with document requests promptly and securely

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in document management, vault operations, or records management
• Knowledge of compliance and confidentiality standards

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
