Support Specialist – Care Patrol of Buffalo–Niagara

At Care Patrol, we help older adults and their families navigate one of life’s most important transitions — finding the right care, at the right time, with dignity and compassion. As a Support Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our Senior Care Advisors and ensuring families feel cared for, informed, and supported every step of the way.
This role offers part-time, flexible scheduling with weekday and/or weekend hours.

Location:
West Seneca, NY - Compensation: $22–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience, skills, and ability to support families with professionalism and care.

- Provide vital administrative, client-facing, and team support that helps our Care Advisors focus on guiding families through care decisions.
- Support office organization and preparation of client, tour, and outreach materials.
- Make check-in calls with clients and families to provide friendly follow-up and reassurance.
- Assist Senior Care Advisors with scheduling, coordination, and occasional support during community tours.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, tours, and events.
- Help maintain accurate documentation and records in company systems.
- Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed.
- Represent Care Patrol with warmth, professionalism, and compassion in all interactions.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or support experience preferred.
- Interest in or experience supporting older adults, caregivers, healthcare, or senior services is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, compassionate verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort using computers, email, and basic office software (Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office). - Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
- Reliable transportation for occasional community-based support.
- Flexible hours that work around school schedules or family responsibilities.
