Adventist Health Care seeks to hire an experienced Executive Assistant II for our System Quality leadership team who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of administrative functions including but not limited to coordinating committee meetings, preparing letters/correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings.
- Prepares yearly schedules for Board, Town Hall and Executive Staff meetings
- Manage and coordinates office and administrative functions
- Coordinates and leads special projects
- Support the clinical and performance improvement initiatives
- Leads and supports committees as designated
- Coordinates data collection, compilation and submission
- Develop and maintain electronic filing system for administrative and personnel records, ensuring that this information is confidential
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or servicing senior leadership/upper management
- Exceptional or advanced computer skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Publisher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with standard office equipment (i.e. fax, copier, computer)
- Ability to establish positive working relationships internally and externally
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task

Follow the company holiday calendar - Pay Range: $60,486.56 - $87,705.51
- If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
