Donor Experience Coordinator, University Advancement

The UB Foundation Activities is hiring a Donor Experience Coordinator for the Division of University Advancement. This role involves coordinating donor recognition programs, managing events, and supporting donor engagement initiatives to foster strong, lasting relationships that advance the university's mission. The coordinator works closely with various internal teams to create meaningful experiences that highlight donor impact and inspire ongoing generosity.

• Coordinate donor recognition and gift society programs, including communications, benefit fulfillment, and record maintenance.
• Manage donor engagement data using the division's CRM system and produce reports and mailing lists.
• Support donor events by handling logistics such as registration, signage, materials, and onsite execution.
• Oversee promotional materials inventory through vendor coordination and order management.
• Assist with project planning, program metrics, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide professional responses to donor inquiries and collaborate with University Advancement departments.
• Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least one year of relevant professional experience.
• Preferred attributes include sound judgment, discretion handling sensitive matters, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• The salary range is $47,000 to $52,000 annually for this full-time position.
